Hi, I’m Hayden and I believe that everyone can benefit from exercise no matter what form it may be. I draw on my experience from various settings to offer personalized training to help clients achieve their goals.
In the past I have worked as an instructor in a functional group training based gym, I have been a part of many different sports at an elite level and have incorporated a variety of training techniques offering flexibility and mobility. After serving in the military I learned how to develop mindset and discipline attributes to add value to my services.
I like to stress the importance of “moving better” as opposed to moving more weight or doing more work. To mix it up and keep it interesting I incorporate a mixture of styles throughout my training, focusing on strength & conditioning and hypertrophy.
I am confident an inner athlete lives inside everyone and I believe that health and fitness is not just a “lifestyle”, it is life. Whether you’re inexperienced with exercise, in a more advance stage of training, or just coming back from and injury I can help you awaken your true potential and take your training to the next level.
