Brock hasn’t always had health and fitness as an everyday part of her life. Weighing in at 124kg by early 20’s she knew something had to change to live a full life. Deciding enough was enough she started training and eating correctly and lost 75kg. Before long her love of training and helping others achieve their goals began. Constantly learning is a goal so up to date training and variety is offered to her clients.
Specializing is functional training predominately kettle bell fitness and kettle bell sport. Brock can guarantee that you will be pushed as far as your body can go and will definitely help you reach your goals.
